No. The platform serves both MCS-certified installers and those working under our MCS Umbrella service. Non-certified installers can complete compliant designs and access the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant through our CEng-led certification pathway.
Is my data secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored on UK-based hosting with AES-256 encryption. We never sell your data. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use CSRF protection, and all actions are logged in an immutable audit trail. ICO registration is completed prior to platform launch.
How does the Chartered Engineer review work?
When you submit a design, it enters the CEng review queue. Asif Pervez CEng MCIBSE (Engineering Council UK #708442) reviews the heat loss calculation, compliance checks, and documentation. You receive automated email notification with approval, revision notes, or rejection — typically within 24-48 hours for Professional tier users.
What if MCS standards change?
